What people say
His report said the player would struggle with the physicality. He did. That report saved us €400,000.
Three viewings before he will write a word. I have worked with scouts who file after one clip.
He tells you what a player cannot do. Almost nobody does that.
Illustrative — see the banner at the top of the page.
How it works
-
Your brief
Position, age, budget, style. The tighter the brief, the better the list.
-
Live viewings
I watch in person, not only on video. Three viewings minimum before anyone reaches your list.
-
A written report
How the player actually plays, what they cannot do, and whether they will settle. Within ten days.
About
Iberia and South America. I watch players live, write properly and publish two reports so you can judge how I think before you hire me.
Questions
How many players do you watch a season?
Around 180 live, considerably more on video. I would rather cover three leagues properly than eight badly.
Do you represent players?
No, never. I work for clubs only — an agent's scout is not a scout.
Can I read a report before hiring you?
Two are published on this site, in full. Judge the thinking before you spend anything.
