I am not technical at all. Is that a problem?
No — it is the reason the price is monthly. You are not being sold software to operate. You never log in, you never update anything and you never install anything. When something needs to change you send a message, the way you would tell an assistant, and it is done.
What happens to my site if I stop paying the monthly?
You give 30 days' notice, we transfer the domain into your own account and send you a complete copy of the site. Hosting and support stop, and you can take it to anybody else or host it yourself. You have already paid for the site and it stays yours — we do not switch it off with your content inside it and we do not hold the domain. That is written into the terms, not just promised here.
Do I get the build fee back if I cancel straight away?
Within 14 days of signing up, yes, in full — that is the cooling-off period and it applies before we have started. After we have built it, no: the site exists, it is yours, and you keep it. What you can stop at any time is the monthly.
So what exactly am I paying, and when?
Two things. Today you pay for the site to be built — one payment, the figure on the card above, and that is the site paid for. Then from month 2 there is a monthly fee for keeping it running: hosting, the domain, the security certificate, the backups and every change you ask us for. Nothing recurring is taken today. You get the site, and a month of using it, before the monthly starts.
Why is there a monthly fee at all if I have paid for the site?
Because a website nobody maintains is worse than none. Somebody has to pay for the server it sits on, the domain it answers to and the certificate that stops browsers warning people off it — and somebody has to change your prices when they change. The alternative is a cheaper first month and a site that is wrong by month eight with nobody to fix it. If you would rather host it yourself, you can: it is your site and we will hand it over.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Usually, yes — and often we would rebuild it rather than inherit it, at no extra cost, because starting again is frequently faster than untangling somebody else's work. Send us the address and we will tell you honestly which it would be.
Can people pay me on it?
On the Coach plan and above, yes. Card payment at the moment they book a session, buy a block, or join a monthly plan. The money goes to your own account, not through us — we set up the connection and never touch it.
How much of my time does this take?
About an hour, in total. Twenty minutes on the first call, then sending us photos and prices whenever it suits you, then twenty minutes looking at the draft. We write the words. If you would rather write them yourself, that is welcome too.
I coach in two languages. Can the site do that?
Yes. This page you are reading is in three. A second language is included on the Coach plan and above — you send the translation or we arrange it, and both versions stay in step when you change something.
What if I only coach a handful of people and want to keep it that way?
Then take the Starter plan, or do not buy anything. A coach who is full and happy does not need this, and we would rather say so than sell you the biggest plan. What Starter is genuinely for is being findable and looking legitimate — not growth.
Do you work with clubs and academies, not just individuals?
Yes — that is what the Pro plan handles: several coaches, several age groups, several venues, and parents who need to find their own child's session without ringing anybody. If it is bigger than that, ask us and we will quote it as a project instead.
How do I know you will still be here in a year?
You do not, and neither does anybody who tells you otherwise. What we can do is make it not matter: the domain is in your name, you have a full copy of your site, and nothing is locked to us. If we disappeared tomorrow you would move to another provider and keep everything.
