1. Who is responsible

2. This website collects very little

This site runs no JavaScript, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers of any kind. Nothing on these pages is loaded from another company's servers, so no other party sees your visit.

The only cookies the site can set are a session cookie and a cross-site-request-forgery token, both strictly necessary and both set only when you submit the contact form. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing optional to consent to.

3. What we collect

We collect the following, and nothing further:

• ›Contact form: your name, company, email address, telephone number if you give one, the type of project, your timeline, and the description you write.
• ›Server logs: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, the response status and your browser's user-agent string. These are written by our web server for security and troubleshooting.
• ›Project records: correspondence, contractual documents, and the information and content you provide us in order to carry out the work.
• ›Access credentials: where a project requires access to your systems, held only for as long as the work needs them.

4. Why we use it, and on what basis

• ›To answer your enquiry and arrange a call — because you asked us to, as a step towards entering a contract.
• ›To deliver, invoice and support a project — performance of our contract with you.
• ›To keep the site available and to detect abuse — our legitimate interest in operating the service securely.
• ›To meet accounting, tax and regulatory record-keeping obligations — compliance with legal obligations that apply to us.

5. Data we handle on your behalf

Where we build or maintain a system that processes your customers' personal data, we act as a processor on your instructions, and you remain the controller of that data.

We access it only as needed to do the work, do not use it for our own purposes, and will sign a data processing agreement on request. Ask and we will send one.

6. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We do not add people who contact us to a marketing list.

7. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where necessary, and only with:

• ›our hosting and infrastructure provider, which stores the data on our instruction;
• ›payment providers and banks, in order to invoice and receive payment;
• ›our accountants and professional advisers, where they need it;
• ›a competent authority, where we are legally required to disclose.

8. Where your data is held

The website and its database are hosted on servers operated by our infrastructure provider. Our sole member works from Egypt, so data may be accessed from there in the course of running the business.

Where personal data originating in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred outside it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required.

9. How long we keep it

• ›Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• ›Project and financial records: seven years, to meet accounting and tax obligations.
• ›Access credentials: revoked and deleted at the end of the work, or sooner on request.
• ›Server logs: rotated and overwritten on a rolling basis.

10. How we protect it

Access is limited to those who need it. The site is served over TLS only. The application runs under a restricted system account with a read-only filesystem, and administrative access sits behind a non-obvious path with rate limiting applied.

No system is perfectly secure, and we say so plainly rather than claim otherwise. If a breach affects your personal data and presents a risk to you, we will notify you and any regulator we are required to notify, without undue delay.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where we relied on it.

Write to us using the details on the contact page and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to your local data protection authority.

12. Children

Our services are sold to businesses. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

13. Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting an active project will be notified to you directly.
