Pricing
One fixed price, agreed before anything starts.
Every project is quoted individually, because the price depends on what is being built. What does not vary is the shape: you get a written scope and a single number before you commit, and that number does not change unless you change the scope.
How projects are priced
Fixed price, not an hourly rate
You receive a written proposal listing what will be built, what it costs and when it lands. If we estimate badly, that is our problem to absorb, not an extra invoice for you.
50% to book, balance on delivery
The deposit reserves your start date. The balance is invoiced when the work is delivered and accepted, payable within 14 days. Larger projects are split into milestones so you are never far ahead of the work.
Changes are quoted, never assumed
If you want something outside the agreed scope, we price it and you decide. Nothing is added to your invoice that you did not approve first.
Invoiced in USD
By bank transfer or card. Invoices are issued by FD Solutions LLC and carry the company's Wyoming registration details.

Care plans
Optional, and separate from the build. A monthly fee to keep the thing you paid for working — updates, monitoring, backups, and an allowance of small changes.
Care plans are billed monthly in advance and every period is invoiced before it starts, so you always see a charge coming before it is taken. Declining a care plan does not affect anything you own.

Ownership
Every account we create is registered in your name, and the source code is yours. There is no version of working with us that leaves you dependent on us.
