From R$3.200 · Half a day with a squad
Team workshop
Half a day with a squad, and the only format where I am working for the club rather than for an individual — which changes what I can and cannot do, so it is said out loud at the start.
One line is enough. You do not have to explain why first.
Who it is for
Squads, academies and staff groups. Most useful as the thing that makes individual work possible afterwards.
What happens
- Nobody is singled outEver. A workshop where somebody gets used as an example destroys every private conversation that might have happened later.
- Practical, not a lectureRoutines, attention, and what to do after a mistake, rehearsed rather than described.
- Then I leave the roomAnd anyone who wants to book privately can, without going through the club and without it knowing.
What it is not
Not a team-building exercise, not a motivational talk, and not an assessment of your players. If the club wants to know who struggled, the answer is no, in advance and in writing.
Sessions
First session
Sixty minutes, mostly you talking, and me working out what is actually going on — which is often not what you booked about.
Ongoing sessions
The work. Fortnightly suits most people because the gap is where it actually happens — you need matches in between.
Coaches and referees
The same work, for the two groups nobody offers it to. Referees in particular are managing sustained public abuse as a normal condition of employment.
