Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations for digital products and memberships.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, this policy explains when refunds are available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with an individual product or bundle, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or used the product in a substantial way (for example, downloading the entire contents of a bundle). We review each request in good faith.
2. Memberships and subscriptions
- You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- A first-time membership may be refunded within 14 days of the initial charge if you have made only minimal use of the library.
- Recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel before each renewal date to avoid being charged. If a renewal charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.
3. When refunds are not available
We may decline a refund where, for example:
- the request is made more than 14 days after purchase;
- the product has been fully downloaded, copied, or otherwise consumed, indicating the digital content has been received in full;
- there is evidence of abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund behavior or attempts to obtain products for free;
- the purchase violated our Terms of Service or License terms.
4. How to request a refund
Email fadi@fd-sol.com from the address used for your order, including your order number and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
5. Pricing errors
If a product was listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price. We will let you know if this happens.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase; however, by buying digital content and starting your download immediately, you acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right once download has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee above is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
