I am not technical at all. Is that a problem?
No — it is the normal case. You will not be asked to choose a hosting plan, pick a framework or understand a single acronym. We ask what you sell, who buys it and what you want to happen. Everything else is our job, and the training walkthrough at the end is in the same plain language as this page.
What do I actually have to do?
A few messages, one look at the design, and one look before we go live. That is the whole obligation, and none of it needs a meeting in your diary. Send photos and prices if you have them; if they are on WhatsApp or in a notebook, send that and we will take it from there.
Do I need to buy anything else?
A domain (about $12 a year) and hosting (from about $10 a month, or included in a care plan). If you want the app, Apple charges $99 a year and Google $25 once. We set all of it up in your name and you pay those companies directly — we do not mark them up.
Can my customers pay in my country's currency?
Yes. We set up whichever way of getting paid actually works where you are and where your customers are, including cash on delivery if that is what people expect. The money goes from the customer to your account. It never passes through us. If you are not registered as a business yet, read the next answer — there is a store for you too.
I sell on Instagram but I am not registered as a business. Can I still have a store?
Yes, and it is the question we are asked most. The store, the catalogue, the orders and the delivery do not depend on your registration. A card gateway does: opening one needs a registered trading entity, and we are not going to tell you otherwise. Until then you get paid the way you are already paid — bank transfer with order confirmation, payment links where your country allows a personal account, cash on delivery — except now there is a recorded order, an address, a receipt, and a customer who ends up on your list instead of lost in a chat. The store is built card-ready from day one: the day you register, we connect the gateway in an afternoon, with nothing rebuilt and nothing paid twice. What you declare is between you and your accountant; we build the checkout.
I already have a store. Do I have to start again?
Usually not. If you are on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix or something custom, we will look at it for free and tell you honestly whether it is worth fixing or replacing. Sometimes the answer is that you need $400 of work and not a rebuild, and we will say so.
What if I do not like the design?
You get two directions to choose from and two rounds of changes, and we do not write a line of the build until you have signed the design off. If you still hate it after that, the cooling-off window means you have not lost anything.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything, because it was always in your name. We hand over the code, the accounts and a written note of how it all fits together, and we help the next person take it on. No hostage-taking — it is a small industry and we would rather be recommended.
Do you really answer on WhatsApp?
Yes, and that is the number at the top of this page. Message it now and see how long it takes — that is a more useful test of this claim than anything else written on this page.
How do I pay, and when?
50% to book your dates and the rest on the day your store goes live. Card or bank transfer, invoiced by a registered US company, with the balance due within 14 days. No payment is ever taken automatically.
