Who it is for
- You train in an ordinary gym with ordinary kit
- You have a sport and a season, not just a physique goal
- You will send a video when I ask for one
Who it is not for
If you want a programme and no contact, buy a template from somebody else for €30. You would be paying me for the part you have decided not to use.
How it is delivered
Delivered through TrainHeroic, which you already have or I set up free. The website is where you find me; the app is where you train.
Questions
I train at a commercial gym with limited kit. Is that a problem?
No. Tell me what the gym actually has and the programme is written for that. Most of my remote athletes are in ordinary gyms with a rack, a bar and some dumbbells, and that is enough.
Do you replace TrainHeroic or TeamBuildr?
No, and I would not want to. Keep the app — it is better at delivering a programme than any website is. This site is where an athlete finds me, reads the numbers and pays. The training lives in the app.
How is remote different from in person?
Same programme, same video, same weekly check. What you lose is me correcting your bar path in real time, which matters most in the first month and much less after that.
Can I keep my current programme and just get testing?
Yes. A testing block on its own is €180 and you get the numbers and a written interpretation. Some people do that once a season and coach themselves the rest of the time.
What if my season starts and everything changes?
That is the normal case, not the exception. The programme is rewritten weekly for exactly this reason — a block that cannot survive a fixture change was never a plan.
Do you work with under-18s?
Yes, with a parent's consent and the club informed. The programme looks quite different: more technical work, less load, and no maximal testing.
